Odessa's mega-development project on the map of Eastern Europe has been commissioned

Following the simultaneous commissioning of two 24-story twin buildings – Zhemchuzhina 67th and Zhemchuzhina 68th – KADORR Group has officially completed the residential portion of the large-scale KADORR City project. The total area of ​​the complex is approximately 700,000 m².

The complex is rightly called a "city within a city":

As early as 2026, KADORR City will be expanded with two business centers with a total area of ​​120,000 square meters, which will become the largest office centers in southern Ukraine. All commercial real estate and office centers will remain the company's property. This makes Ruslan Kivan, head of KADORR Group, the largest private owner of commercial real estate in southern Ukraine and one of the largest in the country. Today, Ruslan Kivan heads the corporation and continues the work of the company's founder, Adnan Kivan.

Considering all the properties in the developer's portfolio, the total commercial space of KADORR Group exceeds 500,000 m², confirming the corporation's status as one of the leading players in the Ukrainian real estate market.
