Odessa development megaproject on the map of Eastern Europe put into operation

After the simultaneous commissioning of two 24-story twin buildings — 67th and 68th Perlin — KADORR Group officially completed the residential part of the large-scale project KADORR City. The total area of the complex is about 700,000 m².

The complex is rightly called a "city within a city":

◽️ 3,500 apartments,

◽️ 55,000 m2 of park area,

◽️ two playgrounds,

◽️ 3 sports areas and the longest running track in a residential complex in Ukraine.

For KADORR Group, this project is not only a large-scale investment in square meters. This is a practical implementation of the approach where the developer shapes the environment, not just the buildings. The presence of an internal park with fountains, pedestrian courtyards without cars, children's and sports grounds, separate areas for walking large and small dogs turns KADORR City into a space focused on the quality of life of residents.

KADORR City is the safest complex in the city, because here shelters are integrated into each house, the security system has 15,000 surveillance cameras, and in addition to security, there is a 24-hour Security Police post on the territory.

A special pride of the complex is the largest underground parking lot in Europe with over 3,500 spaces and an area of about 200,000 m², which guarantees comfort and safety for the cars of the complex's residents and guests. More than 20,000 m² of commercial premises are also planned - shops, restaurants, pharmacies, services that form their own internal infrastructure.

In 2026, KADORR City will be supplemented with two business centers with a total area of 120,000 square meters, which will become the largest office centers in southern Ukraine.

All commercial real estate and office centers remain the property of the company. This makes Ruslan Kivan, the head of the KADORR Group corporation, the largest private owner of commercial real estate in southern Ukraine and one of the largest in the country. Today, Ruslan Kivan heads the corporation and continues the work of the company's founder Adnan Kivan.

Taking into account all the objects in the developer's portfolio, the total volume of commercial space of KADORR Group exceeds 500,000 m², which confirms the corporation's status as one of the leading players in the Ukrainian real estate market.
