KADORR Group Creates a Sensation in the Residential Real Estate Market

With over 17 construction cranes on one site, nearly 1,000 leading industry specialists, and half a million square meters of real estate, the leading construction company KADORR Group is building the largest residential project of modern times in Odesa — KADORR City.

The project, located on Krasnova Street, is being built according to the "City within a city" principle, where alongside residential complexes and innovative business zones, a kindergarten, modern sports and playgrounds, recreation areas, shops, salons, restaurants, cafes, and even its own main square with fountains will be developed.

This will be in the geographic center of Odesa, near the 4th station of the V. Fontan, where one of the largest adjacent territories with park zones of 55,000 square meters and a multi-level underground parking lot will be located.

In recent years, the company has repeatedly surpassed its own records both in construction speed and the scale of its buildings. However, today, KADORR Group is creating a sensation in the real estate market.

Currently, all residential complexes and offices in business centers are listed for sale. Construction work is ongoing on 9 projects simultaneously. The official completion date announced by the developer is 2024. But judging by the pace of construction and the usual practice of KADORR Group to finish ahead of schedule, in just a year and a half to two years, we will be able to witness a vibrant example of modern urban development in Ukraine.

Moreover, adopting global experience, KADORR Group plans to introduce a new format of apartment and office delivery with ready-made renovations, which will create over 6,000 new jobs in Odesa.

There have been no delays in deadlines, and all personal commitments made by the head of the corporation, Adnan Kivan, have been fully met.
